Cozy and bright café, with almost a Scandinavian vibe in the decor, but beautiful tiled floors and dark wood tables. I appreciated the art on the walls. I had a cappuccino and a flavourful apple cake. Nice retreat spot. Service was a bit slow, but looking at the blue sky from the windows on the upper floor was relaxing.

Small, yet minimalist and stylish café. I ordered a latte with oat milk which was truly excellent. The server was very accommodating and welcoming. They have WiFi and many outlets, which makes the place convenient and practical to work and study.

"This coffee shop is a hidden gem in the historic district. Their coffee is exceptional, and the pastries are to die for. The staff is incredibly welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee."

What a great place to have coffee or tea in La Candelaria. Desserts are great too. Also, you can buy the artwork which depicts lovely façades of colonial houses found in La Candelaria. The almojábana cake is delicious.

Cécile cafe is a small boutique and polished looking coffee shop located on a busy street that also sells art. It has two floors with more seating upstairs where visitors have to follow a very narrow spiral staircase. The coffee and other drinks are excellent. The food/ snack options are very limited and it doesn’t offer gluten free options. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Locals and tourists come here to relax, chat, work, read and enjoy the quaint atmosphere of the place.

Small but cozy place. Love the vibe and excellent service. Really great coffee and pastries!!! Highly recommend the chocolate cake and the Pandebono cake with guayaba 🤩

I stopped in here simply to use wifi as the cellular service in the area is very bad. Even though I’m not a coffee person, I do enjoy a good Cortado often. The reviews I read prior to entering were good so I gave it a try. I enjoyed my cafe while ordering a uber. The staff was very friendly and understood the lack of cellular service. I really wanted to try one of the cookies but I was headed to a nice restaurant and did not want to ruin my appetite. The place is small but the vibe is positive with upstairs seating which I did not get to see.

Love this cafe! The artistic vibe makes the place very charming. The carrot cake is amazing. Would come back here again just for the cake really. It’s also near the main attraction. Highly recommended! Love the girl Barista - so lively and lovely 😊

Chill coffee place, seems like a nice place to catch up with friends or maybe too do a little studying. I like the tables by the windows. Stairs are pretty narrow to get up to the upstairs but there is seating on the ground floor as well.

Café Cécile Fantastic café. Clean, well-designed, and thoughtfully curated. A fun spiral staircase for upstairs seating. Excellent coffee and rotating display art available for purchase, which adds a creative, local touch. A great place to slow down, enjoy quality coffee, and appreciate the atmosphere.
